As a Product Design Intern on the Dine-in (Comer Fora) team, I collaborated with PMs, engineers, and design managers to design consumer experiences across short-term release cycles and long-term product vision.

Key contributions include:

• Identified reviews as a key growth lever for restaurant retention and user acquisition, and proposed a gamified solution to increase review volume.

• Coordinated across Growth, Data, Technology, and Restaurant Relationship teams to ship the experience in 3 weeks, using Claude Code to rapidly prototype and build.

• Piloted the product across 2 restaurants for 2 weeks, driving a 9.6× increase in reviews and validating that variable-reward mechanics outperformed fixed incentives.
